DJ Mehdi is yet another soon-to-become-highly-successful artist from Ed Banger records. I Am Somebody features the talents of Canadian Chromeo, and they don't disappoint. The Montreal version is my favorite, clearly, and Switch pumps it up in his remix. DJ Mehdi's debut album, Lucky Boy, should be dropping sooner or later.

Ice Cream by the New Young Pony Club isn't in any way new, but I had missed it up until now. This EP is definitely worth the download for the mixers involved alone. Herve, Tiga, DJ Mehdi, Van She and The Hooks all took a shot at mixing Ice Cream.
